I still remember the wonderful phone conversation I had with Kyra before she booked M&D Farm for her wedding. Her infectious laughter and positive energy were such a delight, and it was a clear sign of the extraordinary celebration that was to come at M&D Farm – and this was before she had even seen the property in person! In fact, she signed with us without ever having visited! We would finally meet Kyra and Patrick in person a few months later at their first in-person meeting to discuss their big day. Meeting them was a pleasure, and their vision for their celebration aligned perfectly with the essence of M&D Farm. In fact, all the couples who get married here find their perfect wedding vision in our gardens; it's as if they've always known and lived here.
Kyra and Patrick's wedding was a celebration filled with energy and joy. Being part of their planning journey was such a pleasure. The couple left no detail out to spoil their guests who travelled to our destination wedding venue here in Upstate NY. From live music to outdoor games for entertainment lovers, everything was surrounded by beauty, delicious food, and drinks.
Their closest family and friends, who were invited to enjoy the house in the hours leading up to the big party, shared moments of love, friendship, and laughter. They toasted many times to such a happy day. The nerves of the ceremony gave way to an explosion of euphoria and celebration, like opening a bottle of champagne.
