We host events up to a maximum of 150 guests.

PROPERTY RENTAL PACKAGES

- M&D Farm Garden Barn Wedding Venue -

"Day Of" Event Site Rental.- 

Facilities and rentals included in this package:

  • Use of our 1940’s barn gallery, lounge & dancing space (with unlimited WI-FI connection), enhanced by a working vintage Vermont Casting wood stove.

  • Speakeasy Lounge Bar wing at the barn.

  • Additional outdoor Garden Bar by pond, ideal while playing lawn games.

  • Extensive gardens around the barn with beautiful fountains, Mediterranean gravel courtyards, Greek side pergola, pond and back fields.

  • M&D Farm’s suite with adjacent full bathroom with its own private garden entrance in the downstairs wing of our 1800's farmhouse.

  • Parking facility for 42 cars.

  • Bathroom facilities, two ladies, one gent.

  • Dining tables and chairs:   

-Nineteen 8' x 33" plank tables with a beautiful honey-color stain which accommodate guests for dinner.   

-French style wood and metal folding bistro chairs that sit your guests for ceremony and dinner.

  • A multitude of outdoor bistro lights inside the barn and surrounding garden areas. 

  • Portable PA sound system ideal for ceremonies of any size and intimate rehearsal dinners / weddings.

  • A myriad of vintage farm tables ideal for bar set up, dessert and appetisers stations.

  • Four wine barrels that can be used as high tops for cocktail hour.

  • Three A-frame bistro chalkboards ideal for displaying cocktail hour and reception menus.

  • Eight black stanchions, perfect to separate areas and assure the best flow for your event.

  • Four antique wingback chairs upholstered in a floral William Morris design.

  • Metal lanterns to be used the day of.

  • A myriad of vintage garden chairs and round tables which are a perfect option to set up for cocktail hour.

  • A X-Large movable steel syrup kettle fire pit.

  • Complimentary garden game sets: cornhole, bocce ball and croquet set.

  • Wooden vintage adirondack chairs, metal settees and antique daybeds create beautiful lounging areas around gardens and pond.

  • 10 natural colour 9' in diameter market umbrellas which give a relax and authentic garden party vibe.

  • Access to antique and garden outdoor props, including urns, planters, wicker baskets, etc.

  • Access to our preferred vendor list of caterers, florists, musicians, etc… including accommodations in the area.

    THIS PACKAGE allows the couple to hold both the “Day Of” ceremony and reception. Choice of ceremony spots:

    1/ At  the front graveled courtyard gardens.

    2/ Inside our vintage 1940's barn with a spacious loft feel.

    3/ By our pond.

    4/ At our back field alley lined with tall grasses, accented by pops of yellow and purple wild flowers in early Spring.

EXTRAS:

  1. M&D Farm’s Design and Planning Assistance plus “Day Of” Coordination Services are available at an additional fee; we will be happy to share further information for your review!

  2. For “Day Of” Event Site Rental package, time for a rehearsal on the day prior to an event is available at an additional fee, schedule permitting. If the couple moves forward with our in-house planning / day of coordination time for a rehearsal is complementary and run by our in-house team.

  3. The “Day Of” Event Site Rental package includes the use of the M&D Farm Suite (bedroom with adjacent full bathroom located downstairs in the house) plus its back outdoor patio. If the couple would like to use additional space in the house the day of the event, we offer a Day Of House Rental package add-on that can be purchased when the event is closer.

  4. Pets are welcome at the discretion of M&D Farm at an additional fee.

CATERING:

  • The same licensed catering company hired by the Client for the day must serve both food and alcoholic drinks at the event. The catering company must own an up-to-date NYS full liquor license. The caterer will provide a full cooking and serving staff including at least one bar tender. Caterer is responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and cleanup of the catered site.

ALCOHOL AT EVENTS:

  • In order to serve alcohol at the event, the licensed caterer company hired must provide one-day Liquor Authority’s Catering Permit.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. In case of inclement weather, tent rental is recommended.

  2. Our parking facility has room to accommodate 42 cars. However, we recommend bus shuttle services be hired to transport guests from their accommodation to M&D Farm for their convenience.
